Menlyn Maine is relentless in the pursuit of excellent patient care.
We strive to be your physiotherapists of choice every time, regardless of your condition. We are an out-patient based practice delivering a general physiotherapy service to the community.
We firmly believe in using up to date, evidence-based techniques to give you the best chance of healing. We always use a patient centred and holistic approach when treating our patients.

Our staff

Chantal Berry
DIRECTOR & PHYSIOTHERAPIST Chantal is a director and physiotherapist at Physioflex. She has discovered a niche and passion for vestibular rehabilitation.
She works closeley with ENT's and audiologists to assist patietns struggling with balance and vestibular problems to guide them back to optimal function.
She has completed her international vestibular rehabilitation certificate from the American Institute of Balance.

Simone Nel
PHYSIOTHERAPIST Simone completed her studies at University of Pretoria 2018 Cum Laude. Her special interest in Neurological and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation taps into her passions and brings her joy.
She has also done dry needling, sports strapping and management of musculoskeletal conditions courses.
She keeps up to date by attending courses and research on the training of Covid and covid related conditions.

Maryke Rossouw
PHYSIOTHERAPIST Maryke graduated her BSc Physiotherapy degree from the University of Pretoria in 2013, after she came back from the USA where she studied Sport Science on an athletic scholarship in Oklahoma from 2007-2009. Since then, she has completed numerous courses in her mission to get to be the best physio she can be. She did her SPT (sport physiotherapy specialization), Pilates instructor, taping and needling courses over the course of her now 10-year career. She also owned her own practice during the COVID-19 pandemic, helped field side for Eastern Titans, and worked at different step-downs and places in the country from Johannesburg to Hermanus to gain the full physio experience. Although she loves treating sports injuries, having been an athlete herself, she is also now developing a keen interest in Vestibular rehab and Women’s Health. She believes that anything is possible and she would love to be a part of your healing journey in getting you right to where you want to be!

Elsabe Hermann
PHYSIOTHERAPIST Elsabe is a kindhearted and passionate physiotherapist, with a love for hospital work.
She has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the respiratory field and used to own her own practice treating anything from paediatrics to adults in the hospital.
There is no challenge she doesn't tackle heads on and always has her patients' best interest at heart.
Her kindness and energetic personaility touches the hearths of every patient along her path. She thrives in knowing that another person's suffering lessened through her help.

Sabeeha Cassim
PHYSIOTHERAPIST Sabeeha is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at the University of Pretoria. She believes in a holistic approach when it comes to treating patients and understands that the body never functions in isolation. She always aims to help a patient become as functional as possible, in turn helping to restore their dignity and independence. She has a special interest in hospital work, specifically ICU, Neurological and Orthopaedic rehabilitation. She continues to keep up to date by attending multiple courses, she recently also completed her dry needling & wet and dry cupping therapy courses.

Sanele Mjadu
PHYSIOTHERAPIST Sanele joined our team in 2022. She completed her studies at University of Cape Town in 2014. She works hard because she loves what she does and is passionate about helping those in need. She is extremely driven and motivated and loves to give as much of herself and her time as she can. Sanele loves treating hospital patients with evidence-based treatment techniques, such as the management of neuro-musculoskeletal conditions, based on clinical reasoning, using highly specific treatment, by completing extra courses such as Orthopedic manual physical therapy (OMPT) in 2018. She has compassion and a loving nature and thrives on helping others.

Belinda Lombard
PHYSIOTHERAPIST Belinda is a caring and passionate Physiotherapist. She graduated with a B.Sc in Physiotherapy at the University of Pretoria.
She completed her Dry Needling course in 2020. She loves working in an in-hospital setting and has a special interest in ICU, Neurological and Respiratory conditions.
Her love for people inspires her to go above and beyond for her patients.

Chrizelda Munnik
PHYSIOTHERAPIST Chrizelda is energetic, passionate, and fiercely loyal to her patients. A 2019 graduate from the University of Pretoria, she brings versatility through her experience in both in-hospital and outpatient physiotherapy.
She leads the Women’s Health and Vestibular Department at the Midstream branch, having completed Pelvic and Women’s Health Modules 1–3.
She is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Dry Needling, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.

Nadine Gryffenberg
PRACTICE MANAGER Nadine Gryffenberg is an energetic, bubbly individual with a very tidy and adapting nature, hardworking and ever improving.
She is considerably experienced in the medical industry having worked with General Practitioners. Biokineticists, Specialists, Physiotherapists, Audiologists, Occupational Therapists as well as medical schemes for the last 7 years.
Whereas 5 out of those 7 years, she has been in the capacity of Practice- and Accounts Manager.
