Nadine Gryffenberg is an energetic, bubbly individual with a very tidy and adapting nature, hardworking and ever improving.
She is considerably experienced in the medical industry having worked with General Practitioners, biokineticists, specialists, as well as medical schemes for the last 4 years.
Whereas 3 out of those 4 years, she has been in the capacity of practice manager.
Rahista qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013 at the University of KwaZulu Natal (UKZN). Since graduation she has worked in both public and private sectors.
Over the years her passion and love for surgical patients has grown. She thoroughly enjoys post- surgical rehabilitation and is fond of the intensive care unit and surgical ward’s patients care.
She has an interest in oncology rehabilitation and has recently become a certified PINC & STEEL therapist.
Rahista is also in the process of becoming a lymphoedema therapist through the Lymphoedema Training Academy (LTA) in the UK.
Belinda is a caring and passionate Physiotherapist. She graduated with a B.Sc in Physiotherapy at the University of Pretoria.
She completed her Dry Needling course in 2020. She loves working in an in-hospital setting and has a special interest in ICU, Neurological and Respiratory conditions.
Her love for people inspires her to go above and beyond for her patients.
Elsabe is a kindhearted and passionate physiotherapist, with a love for hospital work.
She has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the respiratory field and used to own her own practice treating anything from paediatrics to adults in the hospital.
There is no challenge she doesn’t tackle heads on and always has her patients’ best interest at heart.
Her kindness and energetic personality touches the hearts of every patient along her path. She thrives in knowing that another person’s suffering lessened through her help.
Chelsea completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy at the University of Pretoria and has been expanding her post-graduate expertise ever since.
She is a hands-on physio with an empathetic compassion when helping people. Seen to be a resourceful person with a very holistic approach to patient treatment, Chelsea strongly believes that the body never functions in isolation. This leads to the fascination with the human body and all of its complexities.
Chelsea has always been very invested in critical care due to the variety of conditions and challenging environment.
Coming from an extensive sporting background, she has a keen interest in orthopaedic conditions and is gaining expertise in neurological rehabilitation.
Simone completed her studies at University of Pretoria 2018 Cum Laude. Her special interest in Neurological and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation taps into her passions and brings her joy.
She has also done dry needling, sports strapping and management of musculoskeletal conditions courses.
She keeps up to date by attending courses and research on the training of Covid and covid related conditions.
Elizna Hermann is a passionate and driven physiotherapist that graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pretoria in 2019. She likes to stay up to date with the latest research and evidence.
Elizna is a qualified MAP Movement trainer and constantly enjoy integrating these principles into her daily therapy sessions. Her favourite motto is: “Motion is lotion”!
Since working at Cintocare Hospital Elizna has specialized in Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation to help more patients return to their daily activities.
She comes from an acrobatic and dancing background, where injuries are devastating, and got inspired to become an expert at treating similar injuries.
Her strong sense of duty motivates her to walk the extra mile. So, if you are tired of missing out on life due to pain and illness, Elizna can guide you back to health.
Chantal is a director and physiotherapist at Physioflex. She has discovered a niche and passion for vestibular rehabilitation.
She works closely with ENT’s and audiologists to assist patients struggling with balance and vestibular problems to guide them back to optimal function.
She has completed her international vestibular rehabilitation certificate from the American institute of balance.
Neil is a director and physiotherapist at Physioflex and has a wide variety of interests in the physiotherapy world.
Neil has completed a post-graduate course in sport specific physiotherapy (SPT1) among many other sport courses.
He often treats respiratory paediatric and all orthopaedic conditions. He also enjoys doing hospital-based work such as physical and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation.
Neil has worked closely with many athletes and teams and has spent time working on the Sunshine tour and DP world tour helping professional golfers.
